FAIR Ginger Premium Fairtrade Liqueur for Cocktails, 70cl, 18% ABV

FAIRTRADE PREMIUM SPIRITS & LIQUEURS – FAIR has been pioneering Fair Trade practices in the spirits industry since 2009, creating premium French-crafted liqueurs and spirits using ethically sourced ingredients from around the world. Made in Cognac, France and trusted by bartenders, cocktail bars and retailers internationally, FAIR combines exceptional flavour with responsible sourcing, sustainability and premium cocktail craftsmanship. DISTINCTIVE NATURAL GINGER FLAVOUR – FAIR Ginger Liqueur is crafted using ginger roots sourced from India and Sri Lanka. The ginger is infused in neutral alcohol for two weeks before being carefully balanced with Fair Trade liquid sugar and demineralised water, creating a distinctive ginger liqueur with warming spice, natural ginger character and refreshing hints of zesty lemon. VERSATILE COCKTAIL INGREDIENT – A premium ginger liqueur for home mixologists and professional bartenders, ideal for whiskey cocktails, refreshing long drinks and creative mixology. Its warming ginger character makes it a versatile addition to classic serves, including the Smokey Ginger Julep, as well as contemporary cocktail recipes. WARMING GINGER TASTING NOTES – Rich golden syrup appearance with an unmistakable aroma of fresh natural ginger and a subtle hint of zesty lemon. The palate opens with ginger syrup sweetness, leading to a warm, fulfilling finish of great length. PERFECT SERVE – SMOKEY GINGER JULEP – Create FAIR’s signature Smokey Ginger Julep by combining 1.5oz whiskey with 0.5oz FAIR Ginger Liqueur and fresh mint leaves. A warming, aromatic cocktail that brings together whiskey, ginger and refreshing mint. AWARD-WINNING QUALITY – FAIR Ginger Liqueur has received a Gold Medal from the Beverage Testing Institute in 2022 and a Gold Medal from the Ultimate Spirits Challenge in 2022, alongside a 90-point rating at the 2021 New York International Spirits Competition. Premium French craftsmanship meets distinctive ginger flavour.
