DISTILLED IN EL SALVADOR – Produced at Licorera Cihuatán in El Salvador using Fairtrade-certified sugar cane, this distinctive Central American rum combines local provenance with FAIR's commitment to responsible sourcing. AGED IN EX-BOURBON CASKS – A blend of molasses rums matured for between three and six years in American oak ex-bourbon barrels, developing layers of caramel, vanilla, toasted wood and tropical character. RICH, FRUITY & INDULGENT – Brown sugar aromas meet hazelnut, coconut and liquorice, leading to a smooth palate of milk caramel, molasses and vanilla pastry. Dried fruits, gentle spice and cocoa develop through the finish.
