Each disc features 72 flaps and is compatible with angle grinders via a 22 mm center bore. Grits included in the pack are 40, 80, and 120, offering a range from rough grinding to smooth finishing. The discs are lightweight to reduce operator fatigue, and the layered design runs cooler and quieter with less vibration and reduced glazing. The slightly conical shape supports grinding at 15–25-degree angles on contoured surfaces, delivering precise results. The flaps are self-sharpening, contributing to longer life and fewer disc changes, with performance lasting significantly longer than fibre discs.
