The Faithfull Carbide Hard Tile & Glass Drill Bit is designed for drilling through glass and medium-wear tiles, making it a versatile tool for tasks such as glass cutting, installing bathroom fixtures, mounting mirrors, and fastening screws in tiles. It features a high-quality carbide tip and reinforced head to minimize stress and prevent cracking, contributing to a longer lifespan. The bit is compatible with standard drills equipped with a 1/2” chuck and, when used with water cooling, can produce clean, precise holes in porcelain tiles (up to 10 holes). The drill bit measures 7 mm in diameter with an overall length of 120 mm. It is intended for use on glass, ceramic, porcelain, marble, terracotta, mirrors, and plant pots.

Usage

Insert the drill bit into a compatible drill. Mark the drilling point, apply gentle pressure, and keep the drill steady. Use water to cool the bit during operation to prevent overheating and to achieve cleaner holes. For porcelain tiles, it can drill up to 10 holes with water cooling when used with a small amount of water.
