This Faithfull Flat Bit is designed for precise and efficient boring into timber, MDF, plastics, and plasterboard, producing clean cuts. Made from carbon steel and heat-treated for durability, it offers strength and longevity for professional or DIY use. The 25 mm diameter with a 151 mm overall length features a non-slip 1/4-inch hexagonal shank with a locking mechanism, compatible with standard drill chucks and quick-release adaptors. Where applicable, the bit incorporates a grooved tip and extended spurs to improve cutting efficiency and reduce tear-out, while outstanding performance is achieved with the bit forged from a single piece of steel. Note that this flat bit is not impact rated and should be used in rotary mode only when the power tool is set to high speed for best results.
