Faithfull FAIGW15020F General Purpose Grinding Wheel 150x20mm Fine Alox

This is a general-purpose grinding wheel made from aluminium oxide vitrified material, designed for use on most bench grinders. It is suitable for normal grinding of ferrous metals and supports a range of DIY and home improvement tasks. The wheel size is 150mm in diameter, 20mm wide, with a bore of 31.75mm and is supplied with reducing bushes to fit other shaft sizes. It is rated for a maximum of 4,500 RPM and has a grit of 60. The wheel is compatible with bench grinders that accept shafts within the 12.77–31.75mm range and is intended for routine grinding applications.

Installation and usage

Unplug the grinder before installation. Attach the wheel to the grinder shaft using the appropriate reducing bush if necessary. Tighten the nut securely to hold the wheel in place. Check that the wheel spins freely without wobbling before use. Use the grinding wheel for normal grinding of ferrous metals on suitable bench grinders.
