The Faithfull aluminium oxide vitrified grinding wheel is designed for use on most bench grinders, offering a versatile solution for the normal grinding of ferrous metals in DIY and home improvement projects. This wheel features a 150mm diameter and 20mm thickness, with a bore size of 31.75mm that can be adapted to other shaft sizes using included reducing bushes. Its aluminium oxide vitrified composition provides dependable grinding performance, suitable for general metalwork tasks. The wheel is supplied with bore reducing bushes to fit a range of shaft sizes, ensuring compatibility with many common bench grinders.

Usage and Compatibility

Suitable for normal grinding of ferrous metals on most bench grinders. Supplied with bore reducing bushes to fit shaft sizes 12.77mm, 15.88mm, 19.05mm, 25.4mm and 31.75mm. Ensure the grinder is turned off and unplugged before installation, fit the appropriate reducing bush, align the wheel properly, and tighten before use.

Wear eye protection and other appropriate safety gear. Ensure the grinder is unplugged before installation; use the bore reducing bushes to fit the wheel securely onto the shaft; check alignment and tightness before operating.
