Faithfull Flat Bits are designed for fast, clean cuts in timber, effective for drilling with or against the grain. They feature a precision ground point and extended spurs to improve cutting efficiency, along with a bright finish that provides rust protection. These 8 mm diameter bits are made to DIN 3126 quality and use a 1/4 inch hexagonal, non-slip shaft with a locking mechanism (except the 6 mm size). They are suitable for use with both mains and cordless drills and are compatible with adapters or chucks that offer quick-release functionality. A 300 mm extension shank is available for flat bits of 16 mm and above for deep drilling applications. Designed for general carpentry, woodworking, and home improvement tasks, these bits are intended to deliver precise, clean holes in timber.
