Faithfull Stone Cut Off Disc 100 x 3.2 x 16mm is designed for cutting stone materials using various power tools. It features silicone carbide abrasive grit, reinforced with fibreglass and resin bonded to provide safety and optimum cutting performance. The disc is manufactured to EN 12413 standard and is compatible with mini-grinders and stationary cutting-off machines. The disc should be mounted correctly with the bore aligned, presented to the workpiece at a 90º angle, and used at the recommended RPM for safety and performance.

Usage

Mount the disc correctly on the machine with the 16 mm bore aligned. Present the disc to the workpiece at a 90º angle and ensure the guard is adjusted to deflect sparks and dust. Use the disc solely for cutting stone materials and maintain the recommended RPM for safety and performance. Inspect the disc regularly for damage or wear and replace if necessary. Do not use for grinding and avoid conflicting applications.

Read the manufacturer’s instructions carefully. Wear goggles to guard against flying chips or dust. Inspect the condition of the wheel frequently. Adjust the guard to deflect sparks and dust. Maintain the revs and let the wheel do the work.
