The Faithfull crimped steel Wire Cup Brush is designed for light to medium-duty cleaning of metal surfaces prior to welding or painting. Featuring crimped steel wires for effective cleaning action and durability, the brush is configured with a 75 mm face diameter and a 6 mm (1/4 inch) shank, making it suitable for use with power drills and angle grinders that accept a 6 mm chuck. The wires are 0.30 mm in thickness, and the brush is designed to operate at up to 4,500 RPM. It conforms to ISO 9001 and DIN EN1083-1 and -2 specifications.

Usage

Install with the power tool unplugged. Insert the brush shank into the tool’s chuck and tighten securely. The brush is designed for use with tools having a 6 mm (1/4 inch) chuck. Operate at a maximum speed of 4,500 RPM and apply the brush to the surface with even pressure for effective cleaning. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as gloves and safety glasses.

Unplug the tool before installation. Wear gloves and safety glasses. Use at or below the 4,500 RPM maximum.
