FELCO 13 Classic Pruning Shears: Unmatched Power and Ergonomic PrecisionElevate your gardening and viticulture work with the FELCO 13 Classic Pruning Shears, a masterfully engineered tool designed for the most demanding cutting tasks. Built upon FELCO´s legendary Swiss precision, this model stands out with its unique versatility, offering the power of a two-handed lopper in the convenient form of a one-handed shear. Whether you are a professional landscaper, a dedicated viticulturist, or a passionate home gardener with challenging pruning jobs, the FELCO 13 provides the leverage and performance you need to achieve clean, healthy cuts with exceptional comfort. The defining characteristic of the FELCO 13 is its extended left handle, which allows the user to operate it with one or two hands. When tackling thicker, tougher branches, using both hands transforms the tool into a pair of powerful tongs, multiplying your cutting force and enabling you to slice through diameters up to 30mm with surprising ease. This innovative design minimizes strain and fatigue during prolonged use, making it the perfect choice for extensive pruning sessions. For lighter tasks, it functions perfectly as a robust, single-handed shear.Experience superior comfort and efficiency thanks to its excellent ergonomics. The angled cutting head is a signature FELCO feature, designed to work as a natural extension of your hand. This intelligent design reduces wrist flexion and strain, preventing discomfort and the risk of musculoskeletal injuries. The tool is specifically crafted to be a perfect fit for those with large hands, ensuring a secure and comfortable grip. Cushioned shock absorbers further enhance user comfort by softening the impact at the end of each cut, protecting your hands and wrists from jarring forces. At the heart of the FELCO 13 are the ultra-sharp blades, crafted from the highest quality hardened steel. This ensures an exceptionally clean and precise cut every time, which is vital for promoting quick healing and preventing disease in your trees, vines, and shrubs. The bypass cutting action, where one blade glides past the other like scissors, guarantees minimal damage to the plant tissue. A sap groove on the anvil blade cleverly prevents the blades from sticking by channeling away sap and debris, ensuring smooth, continuous operation. For added utility, a wire-cutting notch is integrated into the blade, allowing you to cut small-diameter wires without damaging the cutting edge.Built to last a lifetime, the FELCO 13 features robust, forged aluminum alloy handles that are both lightweight and incredibly strong. True to the FELCO commitment to sustainability, every single part of this pruning shear is replaceable, making it a wise and economical investment for any serious gardener.FEATURES & TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:* Model: FELCO 13 Classic* Type: Bypass tree, vine and garden shears for professional-grade pruning.* Ergonomics: Excellent ergonomic design with a unique one or two-handed operation.* Hand Suitability: Ideally suited for large hands (designed for right-handed users).* Overall Length: 270 mm (10.6 inches)* Weight: 310 g (0.68 lb)* Cutting Diameter: Up to 30 mm (1.18 inches). tradeinn Bricoinn
