Palate: Bright passion fruit and papaya mingle with red berries and grape must, harmonised by sugared almonds, patisserie spice and a kiss of heather honey. A creamy, fruit-forward palate with a warm, dessert-like glow that lingers. Finish: Long, honeyed finish with tropical mango and red-fruit echoes, a whisper of rum and red-wine cask spice.
