Elite Performance Multi-Purpose Woodscrews are designed for strong and reliable fastening in interior woodworking projects. They feature Elementech 400 anti-corrosive coating for corrosion resistance and a deep Torx compatible head to reduce cam-out, allowing higher torque and a firmer drive. The screws incorporate a patented self-drilling drill/drive shank for faster installation, reduced splitting and “jacking” of timber, increased pull-out, and a firmer fix. A sharp point enables faster bite and penetration into substrates, including hardwood, and the design is capable of penetrating steel up to 0.8 mm. The screws flex up to 35° to reduce the likelihood of shearing in substrates that flex during use. Each box includes a Torx-compatible bit, and the coating provides salt spray resistance equivalent to up to 400 hours, with an environmentally friendly yellow/Zinc plating (Cr3+ free). This product is CE approved for use in load-bearing timber construction and combines strong performance with practical installation features.
