Fischer Group Fpf Ii Czf 5. Bc 670403 Countersunk Cross Head Screw 200 Units. Fischer Power-Fast II FPF II CZF 5. BC Countersunk Wood Screw (200 Pack) - 670403Category: HardwareSubcategory: Dowels and screwsExperience the pinnacle of German engineering with the Fischer Power-Fast II FPF II CZF 5. BC Countersunk Head Wood Screw. Designed for professionals and discerning DIY enthusiasts, this screw is the ultimate solution for fast, secure, and clean wood-to-wood connections. Whether you are working on structural timber, cabinetry, flooring, or general carpentry, the Power-Fast II provides unmatched performance and reliability, ensuring your projects are built to last. This premium wood screw significantly reduces installation time and effort without compromising on holding power or the final aesthetic.Key Benefits:* Effortless and Rapid Installation: The unique thread geometry of the Power-Fast II bites into wood surfaces instantly, preventing wandering and ensuring a quick start. Combined with a high-performance wax coating, the screw requires noticeably less driving torque, reducing user fatigue and saving battery life on cordless drivers.* Superior Clamping and Holding Power: The partial thread design is engineered to pull two pieces of wood tightly together, creating a strong, gap-free joint. This makes it the ideal choice for structural applications where maximum clamping force is essential for stability and load-bearing capacity.* Clean, Professional Finish: The countersunk head is equipped with specialized milling ribs on its underside. As the screw is driven, these ribs create a perfect recess, allowing the head to sit perfectly flush with the wood surface for a smooth, professional, and splinter-free finish that requires no additional finishing work.* Maximum Power Transmission and Control: Featuring a Star (TX) drive, this screw ensures optimal force transmission from the driver bit to the screw. This design virtually eliminates cam-out (the bit slipping out of the screw head), preventing damage to the screw head and workpiece while allowing for high-torque, one-handed installation.* Reduced Risk of Wood Splitting: The innovative screw tip is designed to displace wood fibers rather than splitting them, making it exceptionally effective for installations close to edges or in delicate timber. This feature minimizes material waste and ensures the structural integrity of the wood.Main Features:* Engineered and manufactured in Germany, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and performance.* Countersunk head design for a flush finish in all types of wood and wood-based panels.* Partial thread configuration for powerful clamping of timber components.* High-efficiency Star (TX) drive for secure, slip-free power transmission.* Robust zinc-plated, blue passivated finish for excellent corrosion resistance and durability. This box contains 200 units of the Fischer FPF II CZF 5. BC wood screw, a premium fastening solution made in Germany. Each screw features a countersunk head, a partial thread for superior clamping, a reliable Star drive, and a durable zinc-plated finish, making it the professional´s choice for a wide range of woodworking applications.Technical Specifications:* Product Code: 670403* Brand: FISCHER GROUP* Model: Power-Fast II FPF II CZF* Attribute: Screws* Diameter (d): 5.0 mm* Length (l): 50 mm* Head Type: Countersunk Head* Drive: Star (TX20)* Thread Type: Partial Thread* Finish: Zinc Plated, Blue Passivated (BC)* Application: Wood, Laminated Timber, Wood-Based Panels, Plywood* Pack Quantity: 200 Units* Box Weight: 0.956 kg. tradeinn Bricoinn

The increased thread pitch significantly reduces the installation time. The three ribs on the tip, ensure a quick bite and pre-drilling. The shank-miller in combination with the core-miller geometry is designed to reduce the installation torque. The Power-Fast II is suitable for use with fischer plugs (E.g DUOPOWER and UX) and recommended loads.
