General description WS38B FloPlast waste reducer is designed to connect a 32mm waste pipe into a 40mm pipe, typically with the 32mm pipe dropping into the 40mm pipe that runs towards the soil pipe. It is commonly used in the branch of a 40mm tee or at one end of a 40mm coupling. Technical specifications Material: Black ABS Size: 40mm x 32mm Manufactured to: BS EN 1455 Kitemarked: Yes Installation Ensure that the outer wall of the pipe and the inner wall of the fitting are clean and free from grit or swarf. Apply SC250 solvent cement to both surfaces. Push the pipe fully into the fitting and twist to ensure full contact. Clean off any excess solvent with a damp cloth. Leave for 5 minutes to set. Allow the installation to cure for 12 hours before testing.
