FloPlast AV50 50mm Air Admittance Valve - White

The FloPlast 50mm Air Admittance Valve (AAV) is a white fitting designed for sanitary pipework systems. It allows the free entry of air while preventing the escape of foul gases into buildings, helping to maintain water seal integrity and prevent water loss from traps due to siphonage. When installed in accordance with BS EN 12056:2000 standards, it supports proper air pressure balance and can serve as an early warning indicator for potential drainage blockages. The valve is Kitemarked to BS EN 12380 (Licence KM512474) and CE marked to BS EN 12380 Attestation Level 4, and it fits directly to 32mm UK designated pipe work via a compression socket suitable for ABS, polypropylene, and MUPVC.
