Fluke 568 Thermometer

The Fluke 568 Infrared and Contact Thermometer combines non-contact infrared measurements with a thermocouple input to measure surface temperatures. It supports a Type K thermocouple with a measurement range of -40 °C to 260 °C, while the infrared (IR) channel covers -40 °C to 800 °C. The instrument features a 50:1 distance-to-spot ratio for safe measurements from a distance, with a laser to mark the measurement point. Emissivity is adjustable with a built-in emissivity table to accommodate different surface materials. Audible and visual alarms alert when temperatures fall outside preset limits. A backlit LCD, 3-button navigation, and support for Celsius or Fahrenheit display simplify operation. The thermometer can store up to 99 readings in internal memory and transfer data to a computer via USB, using FlukeView software for analysis. The device is powered by two AA batteries, and the USB connection can also provide power and extend operation time. Supplied items include a Type K thermocouple, USB cable, FlukeView software, and a hard carry case.
