This expertly engineered kit dramatically improves water circulation and oxygenation, creating a thriving ecosystem for your fish and plants. By distributing a gentle, rain-like spray across the water´s surface, it ensures that every corner of your aquarium benefits from revitalized, oxygen-rich water. The Fluval Spray Bar Kit is a tube that connects to the outlet of Fluval External Filters and is used to direct and spray the water in the aquarium, increasing surface agitation and improving oxygenation, which is essential for a healthy aquarium.Available for the 07 Series and the FX2, FX4 and FX6.Unlock Key Benefits for a Healthier Aquarium* Superior Oxygenation: The primary function of the spray bar is to increase surface agitation. This constant movement breaks the surface tension of the water, promoting highly efficient gas exchange. The result is a significant boost in dissolved oxygen levels, which is vital for the respiration, metabolism, and overall well-being of your fish.* Gentle, Widespread Water Distribution: Say goodbye to harsh, single-point water jets that can stress delicate fish species (like bettas and angelfish) and disturb sensitive plants or substrate. The spray bar diffuses the powerful output of your FX filter across a wide area, creating a gentler, more natural current that mimics conditions found in nature.* Eliminate Stagnant Dead Spots: Uneven water flow can lead to stagnant zones where toxins can accumulate and debris settles. The FX Spray Bar Kit promotes comprehensive, tank-wide circulation, ensuring that waste particles are kept suspended and directed towards your filter intake. This results in a visibly cleaner aquarium and more effective mechanical filtration.* Customizable Flow for Your Unique Aquascape: The versatile design allows for complete control over water flow. You can position the bar horizontally along the back or side of the tank, or even vertically in a corner. The perforations can be aimed towards the surface for maximum agitation, towards the back glass for diffused flow, or downwards to create a gentle current through your aquascape.Main Features* Fully Extendable Design: The telescopic feature allows the spray bar to adjust in length, providing perfect, wall-to-wall coverage for a wide range of aquarium sizes.* Simple, Secure Installation: The kit is designed for a hassle-free setup, connecting directly and securely to the outlet of your Fluval FX series filter without the need for complex tools or adapters.* Robust Suction Cup Mounting: Equipped with strong, reliable suction cups, the spray bar stays firmly in place against the aquarium glass, preventing any unwanted movement or rattling.Technical Specifications* Product Name: Fluval FX Spray Bar Kit* Attributes: Cleaners, Fish* Compatibility: Exclusively designed to connect to the output of Fluval FX2, FX4, and FX6 high-performance canister filters.
