Amazon This SAI (secondary air injection) block off plate is on the 1.8T cylinder head when the system has been removed. The plate install was extraordinarily easy. This delete gives access to the secondary O2 sensor. CNC machined from billet aluminum includes an o-ring to seal, lock washers and bolts. Frees up space around and behind the block just by deleting a rat's nest of vacuum hosing. Pretty easy to remove the factory secondary air injection components; for EGR valve, pump, plastic lines and hard lines.
