Grass Pendant S Blue is a beautiful lighting collection with a consistent and coherent design. The series consists of wall, table, floor and pendant lights in a variety of sizes and colours. What they all have in common is their beautifully woven lampshade in rattan and abacá, a type of banana tree native to the Philippines, which is known for its strong plant fibres used in the production of rope and cordage. The durable material and tight weave give the lampshade a firm, almost curve-like appearance that beautifully combines the potential of the natural material with skilful and well-executed design craftsmanship. The larger versions of the lamp have a wide, flat lampshade and are therefore equipped with a diffuser that shields the light bulb and thus prevents the light source from glare. The light can therefore shine softly and comfortably on all sides. At the same time, the extra wide lampshade ensures a diffused light emission to effectively illuminate the surroundings.

Handmade pendant lamp Grass S from rattan and abacá The rounded shade of the pendant lamp Grass was made of rattan and abacá and is connected to the black textile connection cable via a discreet wooden element. The handmade shade consists of several strips, which are designed in warm colors and create a harmonious overall look. Thus, it creates a natural accent in the living area and provides a cozy atmosphere. The pendant lamp Grass S is ideal for setting the scene for the living room or dining room table, emitting light towards the floor. The Grass S series of lamps was designed by Jette Scheib, who studied product design at the University of the Arts in Berlin and founded her own studio in 2005. Since 2018, she has been working mainly in the fields of interior and lighting design and is inspired in particular by nature and organic forms, which is also reflected in the luminaire Grass. The pendant lamp was produced by the French lighting manufacturer Forestier.
