While the table lamp is shaped more like an octahedron at the bottom, it tapers further down and has more delicate forms. Each Form ends with a sweeping curve, giving Opium that special something. It is suitable for tables and chests of drawers as well as a floor lamp and conjures up atmospheric lighting effects in the room thanks to its appearance. An internal, cylindrical body forms the lampshade around the bulb and creates a diffuse, glare-free light that spreads gently throughout the room and creates a pleasant atmosphere. This work of art was designed by the French company Forestier, which was founded by Bernard Forestier. The focus is on working with raw and innovative materials with sustainability in mind.
