Parrot S pendant light with handmade lampshade made from natural materials The lampshade of the Parrot S pendant light is a real eye-catcher in any living space thanks to its unusual design and colour scheme. It is made from rattan and abacá and consists of narrow ropes layered on top of each other. The textile cable and metal canopy are black. The pendant light was designed by product designer Jette Scheib, who was fascinated by the diversity and cultural influence of basket design. The Parrot series of lights is intended to emphasise the colourful and expressive side of basket culture. The handmade pendant light looks wonderful above the living room or dining room table. The brightness of the light can be varied with the appropriate bulb and an external dimmer. The Parrot lamp collection was produced by the renowned lamp manufacturer Forestier.

Parrot is a colourful lamp with a beautiful natural design that makes it a must-have in any relaxed and bohemian-inspired interior. The lampshade is made of rattan and abacá, which are hand-woven in a dense pattern and have a rough surface that adds a tactile element to the lamp's design and emphasises its beautiful aesthetics. As the name suggests, the lamp is inspired by the colourful plumage and exuberance of the parrot. The colours interact beautifully in a cubist pattern that gives the surface a beautiful play of colour without appearing kitschy. The lampshade is relatively wide so it does not impede light emission. The lamp is part of a whole series that includes pendant, table, floor and wall lights in many different sizes. All come in three different colour schemes based on the shades brown, green and sand.
