Elite Performance Multi-Purpose Woodscrews feature an Elementech 400 coating that provides corrosion resistance and a surface finish that is environmentally friendly. They use a deep Torx compatible head to reduce cam-out and allow higher torque for a firmer drive. The screws incorporate a patented drill/drive shank for faster driving, reduced splitting and jacking of timber, increased pull-out, and a firmer fix. A self-drilling thread eliminates the need for a pilot hole, and the design flexes up to 35° to reduce the likelihood of screw shear in substrates that flex. These screws are suitable for a range of wood applications and come with a Torx compatible bit.
