ForgeFast Timber Fixing Screws 7.0 x 250mm Green Tub 40

The ForgeFast Hexagonal/Torx® Compatible Timber Screws are designed for effective fixing into both soft and hardwood. They feature a combination hexagonal head with a deep Torx® compatible insert to minimize cam-out, allowing higher torque and a firmer drive. A super sharp tip ensures immediate bite from the first turn, and a patented self-drilling thread removes the need for pre-drilling, reducing the risk of timber splitting even when driving near edges. The screws have a hardened case and core for exceptional strength and are protected by the elementech 2000 surface treatment, providing corrosion resistance significantly longer lasting than standard zinc-coated screws. They can flex up to 35°, reducing the likelihood of the screw pulling out or shearing in flexible substrates. CE approved for use in load-bearing timber construction and available in green elementech 2000, with a green or tan treated finish.
