Forgefix Coach Screws Hex Head Zinc Plated M6 x 40mm Bag of 10

ForgeFix single thread Coach Screws are zinc-plated to enhance corrosion resistance and feature a hex head that allows higher torque and faster driving with socket tools. Conforming to DIN 571, these screws are designed for heavier timber installations and timber-to-masonry fixes, including satellite dish installations with rimmed or rimless wall plugs. The zinc coating forms a protective barrier and can act as a sacrificial anode if damaged, helping to extend the finish’s life. Zinc oxide, a fine white powder, does not compromise the substrate’s surface integrity. The single-thread design aims for higher pull-out values and quicker insertion, and each bag contains 10 screws (M6 x 40mm).
