ForgeFast Wood Screws are designed for elite performance in wood fixing applications. Featuring Elementech 400 coating for corrosion resistance and a deep Torx compatible head for reduced cam-out and higher torque, these screws aim to deliver firm, lasting joins in a variety of substrates. The patented drill/drive shank enables faster driving while reducing timber splitting and jacking, and a patented self-drilling thread allows installation without pilot holes. The screws are engineered to flex up to 35° to lower the risk of failure in substrates that flex in use, and their self-drilling shank helps penetrate a range of substrates, including hardwood. The coating is environmentally friendly, Cr6+-free, and salt spray tested for durability. A sharp point improves bite and the screw is capable of penetrating 0.8mm steel, making these versatile for demanding interior timber projects. A Torx compatible insert ensures efficient power transmission, while a hardened case and core provide strength for dependable performance over time. A Torx bit is included in each box for convenience.
