Design Features

The Pozidriv screw design sets these screws apart from the traditional Phillips cross-head screws. While they appear similar, the Pozidriv screws include four additional contact points and lack the rounded corners typical of Phillips screws. This design ensures that, when used with appropriate tooling, the Pozidriv screws do not cam out, allowing greater torque application and easier use. The Pozidriv screws can easily be identified by a line embossed in the screw head at a 45-degree angle to the slots meant for the driver.

The countersunk head is specifically designed to sit flush with the substrate, resulting in a smooth surface finish. Additionally, the screws feature twin threads which enable a seamless start during insertion, greatly reducing the effort needed to drive them into various materials.
