Forgefix MPS6100Y Multi-Purpose Screws Zinc Yellow Passivated Box 100

Forgefix Multi-Purpose Pozi Compatible Screws are designed with a countersunk, pozidrive-compatible recessed head and a zinc yellow passivated finish. This finish provides enhanced corrosion resistance compared with standard zinc plating, due to an additional passivation process. The screws feature an aggressive single-thread pattern that bites into timber quickly, delivering high holding power and pull-out resistance in softwoods, hardwoods, and chipboard. A flush countersunk head with integrated ribs allows the screw to sit flush with the material surface, creating a clean, snag-free finish. The precision-machined Pozi-Drive recess ensures maximum driver bit engagement and high-torque insertion without stripping. Versatile across many substrates, these screws are suitable for timber framing, MDF panels, blockboard, plastics, and wall plugs for brick masonry. They are designed for quick and easy insertion thanks to an extra deep insert bit recess and a special wax coating that aids speed and ease of use.
