ForgeFix Multi-Purpose Pozi Screws CSK ZP 4.0 x 25mm are versatile, durable screws with a zinc finish and countersunk heads designed for flush substrate finish. Their Pozi drive provides four additional points of contact for improved torque and reduced cam-out when used with correct tooling. Suitable for joinery, electrical, plumbing, and DIY applications, they are compatible with materials such as PVCu, timber, chipboard, and MDF. The zinc coating protects against oxidation, extending the screws’ longevity by forming a barrier and acting as a sacrificial anode if damaged. The single-thread design offers higher pull-out values and quicker insertion, and the head detail includes a line embossed at 45° to the slots for driver identification. Supplied in a ForgePack of 20, these screws are designed to sink flush with substrates for a smooth surface finish.
