The Forgefix Rimless Wall Plugs are nylon expansion wall anchors designed for secure mounting in close-to-edge applications. They feature a two-way expansion system with sprung anti-spin fins that help prevent spinning and loosening in overhead installations. Made from 100% nylon, these rimless plugs are suitable for lightweight to medium-duty fixings and can be inserted to depths below the surface of the base material, enabling use near edges. Each bag contains 25 plugs sized M12 x 60 mm, compatible with M12 screws and bolts across a variety of wall types.

Usage and installation

Drill a hole of appropriate size (12 mm diameter) at the desired location, insert the nylon wall plug into the hole, then insert the screw or bolt and tighten to expand the plug securely against the wall. The plugs can be inserted to depths below the surface of the base material, making them suitable for close-to-edge applications. They are suitable for fixing wall lights, shelving, cupboards, and are often used for satellite dish installation. Not suitable for machine screw threads.
