General description Box of 200 ForgeFix Spectre™ PZ Compatible Multi-purpose Wood Screws measuring 4.0 x 40mm. These screws are designed for various woodworking applications and feature a countersunk, recessed head compatible with Pozidriv drivers. They are fully threaded up to 50mm length and include a sawtooth thread to prevent splitting of the wood. The screws also have a reamer to avoid jacking when used at lengths of 50mm or more. They are surface hardened with a quick start Type 17 slash point for easy insertion and secure fastening. The black coated finish provides excellent resistance to corrosion.
