Spectre screws by ForgeFix are advanced multipurpose wood screws designed for load-bearing timber construction. They combine a range of premium features into a single fastener suitable for demanding applications. The screws feature a countersunk, pozidrive compatible recessed head and are fully threaded up to 50mm with a sawtooth thread to help prevent splitting. A reamer helps prevent jacking on lengths of 50mm and above, while a quick start type 17 slash point facilitates easier insertion. The zinc yellow passivated finish provides enhanced corrosion resistance and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The product is CE approved for use in load-bearing timber construction and is supplied in a box of 300, sized 5.0 x 100mm with a 60mm thread length.
