These coach screws are designed to be three times faster than regular coach screws, featuring a hex flange head and a 60-degree deep single thread. The quick start type 17 slash point reduces the need for pilot holes in most cases, though some hardwoods may still require pre-drilling. They are surface hardened and coated with an anti-corrosion Zinc Yellow coating to enhance durability. A socket driver is included, and the screws are UKCA/CE approved for use in load-bearing timber construction.
