The ForgeFix TechFast Masonry Screw is a self-tapping, no-stress alternative to plastic plugs designed for quick installation in masonry materials such as brick, stone, clay, and concrete blocks. It features a countersunk head with a TORX-compatible recess and is protected by a corrosion- and fire-resistant Elementech coating, with salt spray resistance up to 1,000 hours. The screw size is 6.3 x 32 mm and is supplied in a box of 100. Installation is a two-step process: drill a hole in the substrate matching the screw size, then drive the screw in with a power tool using the included T20 impact bit. Suitable for fixing fixtures in masonry, it can be used with impact drivers and other power tools equipped with a T20 bit.
