Forgefix TFHH5532 Hex Roofing Screw Heavy Section 5.5 x 32mm Pack 100

These Forgefix TechFast Hex Head Roofing Screws are designed for fixing cladding and sheet steel to heavy section steel purlins with thicknesses from 6.0 to 12.5 mm. They provide secure, weatherproof fastening suitable for roofing, siding, and other steel construction applications. The screws feature a self-drilling tip that enables quick installation without pre-drilling, and a hex head for easy tightening with a wrench or drill. A 16 mm rubber washer beneath the aluminium flange expands under pressure to form a permanent weather seal. The fasteners are finished with a corrosion-resistant Elemtech coating, and a variant Elementech coating is also noted, with salt spray testing up to 1000 hours. They are fire resistant and comply with relevant safety requirements.
