Forgefix TFHW19CPSD55150H Composite Panels to Steel Hex Screw 5.5x150mm Box 100

Forgefix TechFast Composite Panels to Steel Hex Screws are designed to join composite panels to steel frame buildings. They feature a No.5 self-drilling drill tip for heavy gauge steel up to 12.5 mm, and are supplied with 19 mm EPDM washers. The screws offer a compression control thread to help prevent damage and denting of panels, and are fire and corrosion resistant, protected by Elementech coating with salt spray resistance up to 1000 hours. They comply with EU Safety, Health and Environmental requirements and accommodate insulation thicknesses of 57–115 mm in typical installations. The standard pack size is 100 screws, with a diameter of 5.5 mm and a length of 150 mm. Their robustness and coating make them suitable for secure fastening in construction projects involving composite panels and steel frames.
