Forgefix USMAC100 Shims Pack 100

The Broadfix Small U Packers are versatile plastic spacers designed for shimming behind screws or fixings. Made from a high percentage of recycled material, these U-Shims are waterproof and will not swell, shrink, or rot. They can withstand higher compressive loads than traditional timber packers, offering an economical alternative. The U-Shims are color-coded by size for easy identification and come in a clam shell pack containing a mix of thicknesses for various applications. Each pack specifies a size of 55 x 43 mm with thickness options of 1 mm, 3 mm, 5 mm, and 6 mm, and contains 100 pieces. Usage

Loosely install the fixing or screw. Slide the required number of U-Shims over the fixing. The comb/clip prevents the U-Shims from falling out, leaving both hands free to tighten the fixing.
