INGREDIENTS Purified water, Aqueous pollen extract (2500 mg equivalent to 500 mg of pollen), Honey (2000 mg), Royal jelly (1500 mg), Glycerinated propolis extract (100 mg). INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Take 1 ampoule in the morning, neat or diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice (200 ml). Due to the concentration, extracting the liquid may be more or less easy.
