We make it using three types of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and olive leaf tea from the world-class groves of Victoria's Cobram Estate 🫒DELICIOUS, SAVOURY AND BRIGHT. Along with the cold-pressed olive oils and olive leaf, we landed on botanicals like rosemary and bay leaf that transport you to the Mediterranean, while native macadamia nuts and lemon myrtle make the gin distinctly modern Australian 🌿SIGNATURE BOTANICALS. Our starting point was the Yarra Valley’s clean, bright water, among the very best in the world. Then we selected our signature savoury botanicals like rosemary, bay leaf and olive leaf tea combined with vibrant olive oil 🇦🇺DISTILLING. Each of these elements were distilled together in our magnificent German-made copper pot still, until we were left with a beautifully clean spirit packed full of flavour 🥇AWARDS.
