Finished in Edges Camo for stealth, these cut-to-fit 8-piece protectors ensure confidence and better fish capture. FOX INTERNATIONAL Edges Naked Chod/Heli Buffer Anti-Tangle SleevesAchieve the ultimate in line protection and rig efficiency with the FOX INTERNATIONAL Edges Naked Chod/Heli Buffer Sleeves. Expertly engineered for the discerning carp angler, these essential small parts provide unwavering confidence when fishing with naked setups directly on your main line. Say goodbye to line damage and hello to a safer, more effective presentation for two of the most popular rigs in modern angling: the Chod Rig and the Helicopter Rig. When the fight is on, the last thing you want to worry about is your line failing under pressure. This innovative buffer sleeve is your first line of defense.Designed with precision, the primary function of the Naked Chod/Heli Buffer Sleeve is to safeguard your main line from the intense stress exerted by the swivel during a prolonged battle with a powerful carp. When using fluorocarbon or monofilament straight through without a leader, the rig´s swivel can press and grind against the line, creating a critical weak point. These sleeves create a protective, shock-absorbing cushion. The swivel sits neatly on the sleeve´s tapered profile, which absorbs the pressure and prevents any direct, damaging contact with your line, dramatically reducing the risk of break-offs and ensuring you land more fish.Fish safety is paramount, and the Edges Naked Chod/Heli Buffer Sleeve incorporates a groundbreaking feature to protect the carp. A small, intelligently placed hole in the side of the sleeve allows you to configure your helicopter setup for safe lead ejection. In the unfortunate event of a main line snap, this mechanism allows the lead to detach, preventing the fish from being tethered to a heavy weight and ensuring its welfare. Finished in the renowned Fox Edges Camo colouration, these sleeves blend seamlessly with a variety of lakebed environments, providing an extra layer of stealth to your terminal presentation and fooling wary, rig-shy specimens. Their versatility is further enhanced by the ability to be cut down, allowing you to create the perfect, customised fit for various leader materials and line diameters for a tidy and highly effective rig.Attributes* Type: ProtectorsTechnical Specifications* Compatibility: Fluorocarbon & Monofilament Main Lines* Colour: Edges Camo* Quantity: 8 per packFeatures:* Designed To Protect The Main Line When Playing Fish On Naked Chod/Helicopter Rigs.* The Tapered Sleeve Can Be Cut Down For Use With Various Leader Materials.* Perfect For Chod Rigs And Helicopter Rigs When Fishing With Fluorocarbon Or Mono Main Line Straight Through.* The Swivel Sits On The Tapered Sleeve, Which Absorbs The Pressure When Playing A Carp And Prevents The Swivel Damaging The Line.* Has A Small Hole In The Side Which Allows You To Set It Up In A Way That The Lead Can Be Ejected.* Features Edges Camo Colouration.* Supplied In Packs Of 8. tradeinn Waveinn
