FOX INTERNATIONAL Edges Camo Running Safety Lead Clips | Superior Fish Safety and Bite DetectionElevate your carp and specimen angling with the revolutionary FOX INTERNATIONAL Edges Camo Running Safety Lead Clips, a pinnacle of terminal tackle design engineered for the discerning angler. These clips are meticulously crafted to provide the ultimate solution for creating a highly effective and exceptionally fish-safe running rig setup. Moving beyond traditional fixed systems, this innovative component allows your mainline to pass freely through the clip, offering unparalleled advantages in bite indication and ensuring the lead can be discharged under pressure, prioritising the welfare of your prized catch above all else. When a wary fish picks up your hookbait, it will feel minimal to no resistance from the lead, resulting in more confident takes and dramatically improved bite registration at your indicator. This direct connection translates the most subtle plucks and pulls into clear, unmissable signals, giving you the critical information needed to react swiftly and effectively. The core benefit of the Edges Camo Running Safety Lead Clip lies in its intelligent safety mechanism. In the unfortunate event of a mainline breakage, the design ensures that the fish is not left tethered to the lead. The clip is engineered to allow the lead to detach with minimal force, freeing the fish from a potentially fatal situation. This commitment to fish care is a hallmark of the FOX Edges range. Furthermore, the running configuration prevents a hooked carp from using the weight of the lead as a pendulum to throw the hook, increasing your chances of successfully landing your target. For ultimate concealment on the lakebed, each clip is infused with the legendary FOX Edges Camo colouration. This unique Trans Khaki finish is designed to blend seamlessly with a wide variety of underwater environments, from silt and clay to gravel, rendering your end tackle virtually invisible to cautious, rig-shy specimens. Main Features:* Advanced Running Rig Design: Purpose-built to create a free-running lead setup for maximum bite sensitivity and enhanced fish safety.* Secure Swivel Housing: Features a dedicated T-bar peg that securely locks a size 7 swivel into place, preventing it from pulling out under the pressure of a cast or a fighting fish.* Versatile Rig Presentation: Incorporates strategically positioned holes on the clip body, allowing the clever use of dissolving PVA tape to temporarily fix the lead for casting. This unique feature provides the casting stability of a semi-fixed rig, which then transforms into a true running rig once the PVA melts underwater.* Optimised Lead Ejection: Engineered for the smooth and reliable release of the lead when the rig comes under sustained pressure from a snagged or tethered fish.* Seamless Integration: Designed to work in perfect harmony with a range of FOX Edges terminal tackle components, including Edges Tail Rubbers, for a neat, streamlined, and effective rig presentation.* Swivel Compatibility: Accommodates both standard size 7 swivels and size 7 Kwik Change Swivels, offering versatility and convenience for quick rig changes.
