Frida Mom 2-in-1 Postpartum Pads + Disposable Knickers, Soothing Instant Cold Therapy Pack and Absorbent Maternity Pad in One Ultra-Soft Stretchy Boyshort Cut, Size Regular, 8 2 Knickers

COLD AND ABSORBENT: Frida Mum Instant Ice Maxi Pads put a cold pack and a maxi pad into one piece, so you are not holding an ice pack in place with one hand while a separate pad does the absorbing. 260 GRAMS OF ABSORBENCY: Built for the heaviest early days, with the absorbent layer doing the job of a maternity pad while the cool side rests against you. Wear it inside disposable postpartum underwear or your own. HOW COOLING WORKS: Activate the pad the way the packaging directs, then wear it. The cool is a soothing coolness rather than freezer cold, and the pack states how long to expect it. Go by the pack rather than by feel. HANDLE WITH CARE: Do not cut, tear, or crush the cold pack, as it may burst. If contents contact skin, flush with water and call your doctor. Keep pads away from open flames and heat. FRIDA MUM POSTPARTUM CARE: Fridababy makes practical, parent-first solutions for the parts of recovery nobody prepares you for. Change each pad as directed on the pack; the count per box is printed on the packaging.
