Fritschi Vipec Evo 12 25 Mm Touring Ski Bindings. FRITSCHI Vipec Evo 12 25mm Touring Ski BindingsExperience the pinnacle of ski touring innovation with the FRITSCHI Vipec Evo 12 25mm bindings. Engineered for discerning backcountry skiers who demand uncompromising safety, powerful downhill performance, and efficient uphill travel, the Vipec Evo 12 sets a new standard in the world of tech bindings. It masterfully blends the lightweight characteristics of a pin binding with the safety and power transmission of a classic alpine binding, giving you the confidence to explore further and ski harder. The hallmark of the Vipec Evo 12 is its unparalleled safety system. Unlike many other tech bindings, it features a defined, pre-defined lateral release at the toe piece, providing reliable disengagement in a twisting fall, just like an alpine binding. This is complemented by a defined vertical release at the heel, creating a complete TÜV-certified safety system that minimizes the risk of injury without compromising performance. This gives you the peace of mind to charge with confidence, knowing your bindings are looking out for you.On the descent, feel the direct connection and impressive power transfer. The solid, non-rotating heel unit and wide support base ensure that every ounce of energy is transmitted directly to your ski edges for precise control and a responsive feel. Furthermore, the binding features dynamic length compensation, allowing it to absorb ski flex and impacts, which prevents annoying pre-releases and ensures a smoother, more reliable ride on variable snow and at high speeds. For the ascent, the Vipec Evo 12 prioritizes ease of use and efficiency. Stepping in is incredibly simple thanks to a solid toe stop and a visual alignment guide. Transitioning from ski to walk mode is a breeze, and the three-level climbing aid (2°, 9°, 13°) can be easily toggled with your ski pole, allowing you to adapt your heel height to the changing gradient of the terrain without stopping.Looking for top-notch ski touring bindings that provide exceptional performance while also contributing to environmental sustainability?
