ORIGIN: Our Fujian White loose leaf tea comes from the Fujian province of China – a mountainous region famous for good tea. It's crafted from the young leaves and buds of the Camellia sinensis plant, which are handpicked and minimally processed to preserve their natural qualities. ABOUT: Unlike some other types of tea, Fujian white tea is known for its mellow and soothing taste, making it a popular choice for those who prefer lighter teas. The flavour can be described as subtle, sweet, and floral. BENEFITS: White tea is minimally processed and contains many antioxidants, such as flavonoids, tannins, and polyphenols. It has a low caffeine levels compared to black and some green teas. USES: Best enjoyed when consumed without any additives (or with just little sugar or honey). BREWING: Allow 1- 2 teaspoons per cup. Boil the water and wait for 4 - 5 minutes before pouring it onto the leaves. Steeping time: 3 – 4 minutes. The brewing time and water temperature can be adjusted based on personal preferences.
