This wonderful pink sparkling is made from 70% Glera, 27% Manzoni Bianco, 3% Cabernet Sauvignon which gives an aroma of fresh strawberries. The taste is fresh and dry, with a red fruit and cream taste experience. Strawberries and cream in a glass! The pink fizz is a Brut style, so low sugar with 12 grams sugar per litre.
