The Gastroback Design BBQ Advanced Smart is ideal for cooking your favourite steaks and meats just how you like them.The BBQ advanced includes a steam program with 4 cooking level: rare, medium rare, medium and well-done. The cooking time is automatically adjusted to suit the meat thickness.The 6 grill programs with preset temperatures for steak, poultry, burger, bratwurst, sandwich, fish and a manual mode.The BBQ advanced can completely unfold and lay flat like a large barbecue grill. One side is a flat cooking plate which is suitable for pancakes, eggs and omelettes. The ribbed grill plate is great for meat, fish and searing vegetables. Both of the cooking plates are non-stick to reduce food sticking and burning and each plate is removable and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.The BBQ grill has 7 adjustable levels from 150°C to 210°C by 10° increments. The flat grill has 10 adjustable levels from 50°C to 240°C by 10° increments.The total grilling area is 25 x 28cm. Power 2000 watts.
