Oak-matured, limited to 230 bottles, delivering refined spice, subtle sweetness and rich oak complexity. Palate: Fruity and rounded, the palate delivers stewed fruits with brambles and black cherries, a whisper of candy and strawberry liquorice, a sweep of maple syrup, finished with a delicate tobacco echo. Finish: Long, cosy, black forest gateaux, coffee, bramble jam, cherry compote, sweet spice lingers.
