Palate: Baked spiced apple entwined with vanilla and smoked raisins on the palate, delivering a rich, smooth mouthfeel with subtle warmth and lingering spice, finishing with toasted oak notes. Finish: The sweetness and spice fade naturally leaving a light cloud of smoke and toasted oak. A finish which is elegant and wonderfully long.
