2012 vintage, a 10-year-old single malt finished in four wine casks after American oak maturation, marrying red wine barriques from Languedoc and Médoc with Grattamacco and Recioto della Valpolicella casks for a honeyed, rich flavor and elegant depth. Palate: Layers of orchard fruits, orange zest and honeycomb, followed by notes of plum syrup, figs and glazed cherries, with a touch of cinnamon, ginger and red berries on the finish.
