Palate: Layers of heather honey, treacle and figs mingle with orange zest, cinnamon and nutmeg on the palate. Finish: Long, warm finish dominated by vanilla and toasted oak, with orange zest and ginger spice lingering on the palate. Notes of treacle, fig and honey fade into cinnamon and nutmeg, leaving a subtly charred, oak-imprinted sweetness that persists.
